Please read through the terms & conditions below for account termination and tick this box if you agree to all.
1. Cancelling your account does not terminate any outstanding contractual agreements you have with Matilda Internet, additional fees and charges may apply after you cancel.
2. An early termination fee may apply if the line or service has been cancelled prior to the minimum service length in months. This is generally 6 months for adsl1 & 12 months with adsl2. This is a fee charged by the Telco. This fee is in additional to any contractual committments with Matilda Internet.
3. If you have selected to cancel your voice service the phone number is permanently surrended back to the Telco, once the cancellation is completed there is no way possible to get this number back.
4. If you cancel within the last week of any given month there is a chance the cancellation will not complete in time to avoid incurring the cost of the following month. To be sure please allow atleast one week when cancelling.
